We help you develop your initial research proposal by clarifying the research problem, objectives, research questions, proposed methodology and overall structure of the study.
A clear proposal provides an early foundation for the research journey. It helps define what you intend to investigate, why the study matters and how the research may be approached before formal university review.
Asia Campus provides supplementary research guidance using academically suitable research support resources powered by SIMI Swiss. Official supervision, proposal review and approval remain under the authority of the partner university.
Use this service at the early stage of your research journey, when you are moving from an initial area of interest or research idea toward a structured proposal for formal university consideration.
Support may cover research topic refinement, problem definition, objectives, research questions, conceptual direction, proposed methodology, preliminary literature positioning and overall proposal structure.
You share your initial research idea, relevant university requirements and any work already developed. Supplementary guidance is then provided to help you clarify the research direction, strengthen the proposal structure and identify areas requiring further independent development.

Proposal Development Support provides supplementary research guidance to help full-time students develop a clearer and more structured initial research proposal for consideration within their partner university’s research process.
Support may include guidance on research direction, proposal structure, objectives, research questions, methodology and academic coherence. The service does not include writing the proposal on behalf of the student or acting as the student’s official research supervisor.
The partner university remains responsible for supervisor appointment, formal proposal requirements, research governance, ethics procedures, proposal review, approval and all official academic decisions.
Students remain responsible for their research ideas, academic judgement, source use, proposal content and all work submitted under their name. Supplementary guidance must be incorporated through the student’s own independent research and writing.
Proposal Development Support does not guarantee proposal approval, supervisor acceptance, ethics approval, research funding or any particular academic outcome. Students should follow all official requirements and feedback issued by their partner university.
