WHEN TO USE THIS SERVICE
Arrange this service once your travel details are sufficiently confirmed and your expected arrival time and destination are known. Early notice allows the relevant arrival arrangements to be coordinated more effectively.

WHERE SUPPORT MAY BE PROVIDED
Support may be coordinated from relevant airports, railway stations or other agreed arrival points, depending on the study destination, local availability and confirmed arrangements.

HOW THE SUPPORT WORKS
You provide your confirmed arrival details, expected time, contact information and destination. The available arrangements are then coordinated with you before travel, together with any relevant meeting-point and first-arrival information.

PURPOSE OF THE SERVICE
Pick-up & Welcome provides supplementary arrival coordination to help full-time international students manage their initial journey from an agreed arrival point to their accommodation or other confirmed destination.

SCOPE OF GUIDANCE
Support may include arrival coordination, meeting-point information, general luggage assistance where available and guidance for the initial transfer to the agreed destination. Available arrangements may vary by location and individual circumstances.

ARRIVAL INFORMATION & CHANGES
Students are responsible for providing complete and accurate travel information and communicating any delays, cancellations or changes as soon as reasonably possible. Changes made at short notice may affect the availability of previously coordinated arrangements.

TRANSPORT & EXTERNAL PROVIDERS
Transport operators and other external service providers operate independently and remain responsible for their schedules, services, charges and operating conditions. Asia Campus does not control delays, cancellations or other external disruptions.

LIMITS OF ARRIVAL SUPPORT
Pick-up & Welcome is intended for the initial arrival and transfer period. It does not constitute continuous personal transport, travel insurance, immigration assistance or an emergency transportation service.
